This update introduces a new section to the template that allows fund manufacturers to provide additional information on Value for Money tests for structured products.
The section includes three optional fields intended for structured products distributed in France:
- Whether the product successfully passed a Value for Money test
- The Value for Money methodology used
- A hyperlink to the methodology
Consultation on Version 4.3 is open until 24 October 2025. The new version may be used starting in October 2025 in France for structured products and becomes mandatory from 31 March 2026.
